How we build
Focus before features.
We start with the problem, the user and the long-term operating model. Technology follows those decisions rather than leading them.
We deliberately avoid presenting unfinished product ideas as commitments. Products are introduced publicly when their proposition, quality and release path are sufficiently clear.
